In the February 2025 customer satisfaction survey, we wanted to hear directly from our customers how we have been successful and where we can improve. The survey was answered by 124 customers from all our locations: Nummela, Kiikala and Kangasniemi.

Overall rating for LP Group's operations was 4.13 out of 5, which is still an excellent result — although slightly down from the previous year (4.14).

Our strengths through the eyes of our customers:

  • Knowledgeable and approachable staff
  • Functional and smooth cooperation
  • Fast and friendly service
  • Value-added entity

Special praise was given to the contact persons mentioned by name in various branches — this shows that personal customer service is of great importance.

Development targets:

While the overall ratings are excellent, the following hopes emerged in the open responses:

  • Quality deviations and quality management. For example, for welding and dimensional accuracy, a more uniform quality was desired. On the other hand, the quality of the products was also praised.
  • Security of supply and communication of delays. It was hoped that delays would be better communicated and delivery times more equalised.
  • Transparency and cost-effectiveness of pricing. In some of the responses, pricing was perceived to be higher than competitors.
  • Reachability and quick response of contacts. Customers hoped for a quicker response and clarity on the roles of responsible salespeople.

What's next?.

  • We develop quality control and we standardize delivery processes.
  • Let's clarify Liabilities of contact persons and improve reachability.
  • We confirm responsiveness of customer service and communication.
  • We are evaluating our pricing models and continue to look for ways improve cost efficiency.
