These new facilities allow for the simultaneous painting of multiple pieces in a safe and modern environment, enhancing process speed and improving delivery reliability.
Our painting shop handles large pieces up to 12x4x4 meters in size. Before painting, pieces are pre-treated with steel shot blasting, ensuring the highest possible surface quality and durability. This pre-treatment method is specifically designed for metalworking products.
Additionally, the expansion significantly improves our environmental efficiency through advanced heat recovery systems, reducing energy consumption and lowering our carbon footprint.
