Building customer satisfaction

LP Group's customer satisfaction survey, conducted by Dagmar, provided valuable insight into our customers' experiences and expectations of our cooperation.

A customer satisfaction survey was organized within the LP Group by Dagmari. The purpose was, after a break of a few years, to find out the customers' experiences and wishes regarding the operations and cooperation of the LP Group. The survey for the Nummela and Lahti units was conducted at the same time, and for the subsidiaries, it was done separately. 254 inquiries were sent, and 92 responses were received.

When the results were ready, we were a little surprised. We didn't expect anything dramatic, but the results were definitely positive.

We humbly want to thank our customers and respondents for their trust. Obviously, something is being done right when you earn such good grades.
